Hot

It was over 30 today. Yesterday was very warm - about 25 - but the night was pretty cold still so it didn't feel as hot as it could. But today was true summer weather or at least the summer as I know it from Poland. This the upper end of my comfort level - just over 30. People told me it is warmer then normal for this time of year but it will get much hotter. I'm not sure if I can survive that. It is already very hot for me. It easier to take then in Warsaw because there is less concrete and more trees but still as I had to walk a lot today it wore me out. According to forecast he whole week is going to be like that.

I was not really prepared for this kind of weather just yet. My summer clothes are still on ship somewhere. When I heard about the coming of this heat wave I went to buy some clothes better fitted for such weather. I'm thankful for my own foresight as despite leaving Poland during one of the worst winters I can remember I took with me summer dress and a pair of sandals. I also took my favourite summer shoes and I was asked where I bought them. Not that makes any difference as those are men shoes and they are made from size 40 up and it was pretty short women who ask. This is my second pair of this model and although I know Rieker shoes are available in here (at least online) I haven't seen that particular model. Maybe I should ask my mother to buy me another one.

BTW I still haven't figured what my shoe size is in the US sizing. Depending on which site I check it's either 10 or 11. I think for now I stick with brands that have shoes labeled as 42.
