I have no idea how I managed to miss the World Without Borders: The Online Magazine for International Literature. They have fiction, non-fiction, poetry and reviews. The issues vary from dedicated to certain nationalities to certain genres. Both the comics and sf ones have Tomasz Kołodziejczak works.
