Genre planning

There's a list of sci-fi and fantasy movies of 2011 on io9 and it's longer then I expected. Of course only some of them seem actually watchable. Same are firmly in the WTF category (Conan - 3D? really?) And all that sequels Paranormal Activity 3, Spy Kids 4, Final Destination 5, Harry Potter 7 part 2. Kind of makes me want to give up on the whole experience. Still, there are some that sound promising.

John Scalzi posted the list of ones he plans to see. I think mine is pretty close although I probably won't go to Super 8, Green Lantern or  The Thing. I however feel like watching something stupid in near future so I may go see one of the films premiering in January.
