ellestra: (once upon a time)
The summer is ending. Or at least next week students come back (here school year starts mid August even though usually August is still very hot not like in Poland were it's much colder but schools start at 1st of September and Universities at 1st of October). Also the weather suddenly changed to cold and starting tomorrow also rainy (it's 22o C and rain sounds like beginning of autumn, right? Or Polish summer). Also summer shows are slowly ending - first season finales started airing and more are coming next week.

This means it's time to start looking at next season entertainment. There's a Fall Movie Guide and The Ultimate Guide to this Fall's Science Fiction and Fantasy TV on io9.

I'm planning to see Gravity (I saw first trailer in the cinema and they look as promising as the concept sounds interesting) and Ender's Game (I know and there are reasons why I stopped reading Card mid series years ago but this and Speaker for the Dead come form the time he was still mostly sane and I wanted to see it on big screen for decades and I loved the trailer too even though it felt like it spoiled the end). I will also see sequels for Hunger Games and Hobbit. I'm considering Thor 2 and Riddick but it will depend on time and opportunity.

I wrote before about which new shows I find interesting so now I just wanted to say that third season of the American Horror Story seems much more interesting than last one - both because of the talent involved but also because of the story and Witches of East End sound like something that could become my new guilty pleasure. That and Atlantis because I just have a thing for Greek gods.
