TV on my mind
Jan. 17th, 2011 05:59 pmSo my second year in US starts and I just got letter from nielsen saying I've been chosen to be "Nielsen Family" for a week. They are supposed to call me and explain how I can participate. There were 2 dollars enclosed so I would talk to the interviewer. I wonder how many people get this. Ii feels weird as after just a year I'll get to be one of those showing what America watches. Ii could be fun - I think I'll just watch BBC America all the time (which means just a little bit more then now ;P). I'm in UR country skewing UR TV surveyz.
A propos British TV. Syfy starts showing their version of Being Human today and the series 3 of the original starts on Sunday. I'll watch first (at least for now) because I'm curious how they'll do it but what I really want is Annie and Nina and George and Mitchell.
More British SF is coming soon. The Earth 2-like show Outcasts about first colonists on a new world that they escaped to from devastated Earth
