ellestraI have food poisoning. With all the symptoms usually associated with it. I'll never be able to understand people who do that to themselves voluntarily.
There is uproar about the last volume of Wheel of Time won't be volume. It will be three. I always knew there was no way for all the plots to be resolved in one book and for a long time it was suggested it'll be split in two. So it's not the annoying part. The annoying part is that the series publisher Tor decided to split the book in three claiming it was too big for binding and to be marketed. The reasons were all bogus. It turned out that they requested the split in three to publish the first one this year to make their results for 2009 look better. It seems like even Brandon Sanderson (who wrote the book substituting for late Robert Jordan) is annoyed.
